Self-Collection and Delivery Information

Orders received before 4pm will be processed the same day and delivery will be done the following day.  Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next working day and delivery will be done within 2 working days.

At check out please select your preferred option: delivery or self-collection. Self-collection is at our store at Downtown Gallery, #01-05, 6A Shenton Way, Singapore 068815

 

Charges

For home delivery, the minimum order is $100 (you will not be able to proceed to checkout until you meet this minimum).

For orders between $100 and $200, after discounts are applied and excluding the delivery fees, the charge for delivery is $15.

Orders above $200, after discounts applied, qualify for free delivery.

 

Delivery

When placing the order please indicate a preferred delivery time within the next couple of days. We will confirm the exact timeslot by email once your order is processed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.

Please notify us before your chosen time-slot if you are unable to receive delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If our team does not receive prior notification and there is no one to receive your delivery during your chosen time-slot, an additional $ 20 fee will be charged for rescheduled deliveries, no matter the value of the order.

Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided to us.
